How this works in production. Trey records a 30-second voice memo on his iPhone — the same Voice Memos app already on every iPhone, no new app to install. He shares it via email to the dedicated capture address. Behind the scenes:
  • The audio gets transcribed automatically
  • An AI categorization step decides where in the knowledge base it belongs
  • The entry gets filed under the right category (in this case: Carrier Appetites > Progressive > Auto > Youthful Operators)
  • Trey gets a confirmation in the end-of-day digest (Scene 3)
